- Operating Costs Report, which covers basic statistics on daily facilities operations, including administration, construction/architecture, custodial services, energy/utilities, landscaping/groundskeeping, and maintenance/trades;
- Building and Space Report, which explores statistics on building age, usage, etc.;
- Personnel Data and Costs Report, which looks at trends in salary levels and staffing of full-time equivalent (FTE) positions, and also introduces ratios and measures that can be used for staffing and budgeting purposes;
- Strategic Financial Measures that focus on the Facility Condition Index, the Needs Index, capital renewal, deferred maintenance, and more;
- Internal Processes Report, which measures the work order process, energy consumption, and capital project soft costs, and staffing levels;
- Evaluations of customer and employee satisfaction, training, and internal candidates and performance self-evaluations of financial, internal business, innovation & learning, and customer satisfaction facets of facilities operations.
- Survey Database, which allows you to search the collected data through your own queries; and
- Data and Reports from the previous years' survey;
It is important to note that a benefit of participating in the survey is the ability to view the survey results of other participants and to have those institutions identified. Those who purchase the report but did not participate in the survey will see individual results as well, but those institutions will be identified by a number and not the school name. We urge you to participate in future editions of the Facilities Performance Indicators Survey.
