Track I: Individual Effectiveness Skills
Building leadership skills starts from the inside out. This track helps you examine your own personal capabilities as a leader. You will learn about the universal traits shared by leaders, how to apply FranklinCovey's various leadership methods and tools to strengthen your own abilities, and much more. This track includes a 360-degree profile to give you a clear, well-rounded understanding of your leadership talents, as well as areas to target for improvement.

Study Shows School Cleanliness Affects Learning
A recent national study of college students determined there is a correlation between the cleanliness of a school’s facilities and students’ academic achievement. Entitled Cleanliness and Learning in Higher Education, the study was based around the five levels of clean identified in APPA’s Custodial Staffing Guidelines for Educational Facilities.
