Do I need to prepay?
Yes, prepayment is required. APPA does accept purchase orders. (See next item)

Can I use a Purchase Order?
Yes. A copy of the order must be faxed to APPA 703.549.2772 - within 48 hours of purchase

Will I receive a receipt?
A printable receipt will be available after to complete your order. You will also be able to print a receipt at any time by visiting the recent orders page after you have logged in to the APPA website.

How do I know if we are members?
APPA keeps a comprehensive database of membership. While you are purchasing, the system will designate your institution's member status.

How long will my order take for delivery?
Delivery depends on the shipping method you choose. APPA has a policy of shipping products within 3 days.

If Im not satisfied with book, can I return?
Yes, you may return orders within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund on the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Do I, as an individual, have to be a designated APPA member to receive member prices?
No, APPAs membership is institutionally based, therefore anyone from a member institution can receive APPA member prices.
