APPAs Facilities Performance Indicators report includes the comprehensive findings of the annual Facilities Performance Indicators Survey, which collects costs, staffing, and building and space data from colleges, universities, K-12 schools and districts, and other educational facilities.

Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Survey Results
In 2007, APPA members completed the CMMS survey. View the survey results, which were completed by an independent research firm.

Study Shows School Cleanliness Affects Learning

Entitled Cleanliness and Learning in Higher Education, the national study of college students was based around the five levels of clean identified in APPA’s Custodial Staffing Guidelines for Educational Facilities. More information.
