| The Center for Facilities Research (CFaR) was established in 2002 by APPA to organize and consolidate research in facilities management issues.
The mission of CFaR is to advance the body of knowledge of facilities management through research, discovery, and innovation. To accomplish this mission, APPA invites facilities professional to conduct small- and large-scale research through CFaR. |

| Conducted annually, APPA's Facilities Performance Indicators survey is the only comprehensive collection of facilities-related costs and personnel information, strategic financial measures, and much more for colleges, universities, K-12 schools and districts, and other educational facilities. The resulting Facilities Performance Indicators reports are Web-based and include numerous charts, dashboard gauges, a cohort/peer review feature, and a searchable database. | ||
