Breakout Sessions

How to Save $10 Million Dollars with Break Through Technology

ICC’s patented, break though technology clearly documents the scope of invisible water  infiltration inside roofs/walls. A 400 building 7 university Case Study for the State of Mississippi, an APPA member, demonstrates how ICC’s intelligence helped avoid $10 Million in roof replacements.   Florida State University’s Associate Vice President of Facilities, Dennis Bailey, P.E., will provide an extensive overview of FSU’s 13 history with ICC of annual roof assessments. ICC is the only non-destructive testing company providing true thermal mapping. ICC’s  Moisture Reconnaissance Intelligence  (MRI) reports have been forensically validated with destructive core testing and laboratory analysis proving a 95 to 100% accuracy rate as stipulated by the American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) guidelines.  ICC has overcome being stonewalled by the $20 Billion Dollar roof industry because the intelligence leads to a 50% reduction in scheduled roof replacements.  ICC has clients in 20 states including many APPA members which are universities and community colleges.
