Track I: Individual Effectiveness Skills

Building leadership skills starts from the inside out.  This track helps you examine your own personal capabilities as a leader. You will learn about the universal traits shared by leaders, how to apply FranklinCovey's various leadership methods and tools to strengthen your own abilities, and much more.  This track includes a 360-degree profile to give you a clear, well-rounded understanding of your leadership talents, as well as areas to target for improvement.

SKILLS LEARNED:

• Become a more effective leader, and therefore a more valuable asset to your organization.
• Determine how to communicate effectively, express your vision, and gather support.
• Assess your personal leadership skills in-depth in order to capitalize on your strengths and minimize weaknesses.
