Do I need to prepay?
Yes, prepayment is required. APPA does accept institutional purchase orders. (See next item)

Can I use a Purchase Order?
APPA does not accept purchase orders or bill customers. All orders must be paid for at the time of purchase via credit card.

Do I, as an individual, have to be a designated APPA member to receive member prices?
No. APPA’s membership is institutionally based, therefore anyone from a member institution can receive APPA member prices.

How do I know if we are members?
APPA keeps a comprehensive database of membership. While you are purchasing, the system will identify your institution's member status.

What if my institution is not an APPA member?
If your institution is not an APPA member, please contact the APPA office to create an account to sign on as a guest at 703-542-3837 or anita@appa.org.

How do I get my own user ID number and password?
Simply create an account by clicking on the "Create Account" button. Note that employees of APPA member institutions are now eligible to receive the benefits of APPA Associate Membership at no cost. For more information about associate membership visit www.appa.org/membership/associate.cfm.

Will I receive a receipt?
A printable receipt will be Emailed to you when your order is placed.

How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent via email to the email address used to place your order.

How long will my order take for delivery?
Delivery depends upon the shipping method you choose. APPA has a policy of shipping products within 2 days.

What are my delivery options within the United States?

What are my shipping options outside the United States?
UPS Worldwide Express is available for orders shipping outside the United States.

If Im not satisfied with a book, may I return it?
Yes, you may return orders within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund on the purchase price. Books must be in unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Who do I contact if I'm a faculty member and would like to use an APPA publication as a reference or required reading for my undergraduate or graduate course?
APPA's publications are excellent resources that have been used in a number of facilities management, construction management, engineering, leadership, business management, and other pertinent courses. Contact Steve Glazner at steve@appa.org for more information.
