Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted to our APPA Professional Development Staff at [email protected]. APPA will refund the total registration cost for cancellations received 30 days prior to the start of the event. After that date registrations will be transferred to another person in the organization or deferred to the next offering if received prior to the start of the event. Registrations will only be deferred once, and refunds will not be offered. APPA is not responsible for any travel or lodging charges incurred.
