Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted to our APPA Professional Development Staff at education@appa.org. APPA will refund the total registration cost for cancellations received on or before August 11, 2023. After that date registrations will be transferred to another person in the organization or deferred to the next offering. No refund requests will be accepted. APPA is not responsible for any travel or lodging charges incurred.
