Supervisor’s Toolkit Faculty

Dave Patten is the Director of Human Resources at Kier Construction in Ogden, Utah. Prior to Kier, Dave worked at Weber State University in the Facilities Management Department for just under 10 years. He has been a Supervisor’s Toolkit instructor since being introduced to the program at Weber State and has facilitated dozens of in-person and virtual offerings. Dave is passionate about helping Supervisors become the best version of themselves through professional development opportunities like Supervisor’s Toolkit. Dave and his wife, Katherine, have two children, Sanders and Rhonda. Dave played basketball in college and professionally overseas and stays connected to basketball as the radio analyst for the Weber State basketball team. He also enjoys golf and travel.
