APPA Town Hall – The Campus COVID Economy: A Focus on Institutional Revenues & Expenses

During this Town Hall, we will explore Higher Education’s financial and budgetary situation resulting from COVID – the economic fallout, enrollment declines, state funding concerns, impacts on racial inequities, and the latest on the Coronavirus Response & Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSAA – the follow-on stimulus package to the CARES Act). 

Terry Hartle’s 25-year service as the American Council on Education’s senior vice president for government relations affords him the knowledge, understanding, and thoughtful perspective on our most pressing institutional revenue and expense issues today and throughout the coming year.
