Welcome to the 2022-23 Facilities Performance Indicators (FPI) Survey
The FPI survey link can only be accessed with your institutional ID number supplied by APPA. You will need to email Christina Hills at [email protected] for this ID number and confirm who your survey administrator will be for this year’s survey. You’ll need to provide the first and last name as well as the email address for the survey administrator. This information will be added to a directory and you will receive an email confirming access rights to the survey as well as the survey link. You may email others on campus with your credentials and the survey link if you would like additional people to have access to the survey as well.
Accessing the 2022-23 FPI Survey
Please complete the form below in order to receive access to the FPI survey. Once the form is completed, you’ll receive an email with your institutional ID and survey link. You will need to ensure that your survey administrator maintains overall control of the survey link and data input. You may email the link and ID to anyone on campus and it is recommended that you assign people to specific modules/areas of the survey to complete.
The survey will remain open through the end of August.

Looking for access to the former Key Facilities Metrics (KFM) Survey? It’s now integrated into the FPI survey and the questions have been added under a new sustainability module. You will now need to become an FPI survey participant in order to receive access to the KFM report output.
