  1. Reminder that the Regional Presidents/Officers’ Handbook is available on-line for their use throughout the year and to pass onto the next President.
  2. Reminder and importance of regional committee members’ attendance at APPA’s annual Committee meetings and explain the “Winter Committee Meetings” January in Alexandria, Virginia (to occur Thursday and Friday, January 21-26, 2020).
  3. Highlight importance of committee appointments/reappointments and potential candidates for elected office (plus importance of VP and/or Chair’s input). “Send us your best!”
  4. Discuss ideas and opportunities for increased efforts toward membership outreach/recruitment (e.g., Senior Ambassadors).
  5. Discussion from new President, Ruthann Manlet, concerning the theme of “Cultivating of Community” and the focus, structure and direction of the new Strategic Plan.
  6. Explore ways, through an integrated and collaborative process, the regions and state/local chapters may contribute to, and benefit from, the successful execution of the Strategic Plan.
  7. Discuss increased utilization of APPA programming (e.g., Continuous Learning Series Workshops; Academy-on-Campus; Supervisor’s Toolkit; Drive-Ins.
  8. Discussion of items as desired by the group.
