APPA Webinar: Data Driven Changes for Custodial Retention

Custodians provide a safe and healthy campus environment, which has been a predominant point of focus over the past year and a half. Extra responsibilities, lower pay range, and a competitive job market can result in high turnover for this critical position. The University of Oklahoma looked to reduce turnover by collecting and analyzing different data points to make operational changes. After implementing some changes, turnover reduced by 6% and 60% respectively from the prior two years. Learning Objectives: 1.
