Deadline: APPA’s KFM Survey

The APPA 2019-20 Key Facilities Metrics survey is open and ready to collect your sustainability-related data.  The streamlined survey showcases the new look and feel of the KFM survey and will allow participants much greater ease of data entry.

Where measurements occur, then improvements are likely to follow.

The KFM survey and report, introduced in 2013 as a collaboration between APPA and NACUBO, helps raise a campus’ consciousness over several basic key facilities metrics. Our goal is for campus finance and facilities professionals to be in alignment on a handful of important annual consumption metrics:

• Energy (BTU),
• Electrical,
• Water,
• Waste Stream output, and
• Carbon Footprint
