Webinar opportunities are offered weekly with most webinars on Tuesday or Thursdays.

The standard rate for non-members to present a webinar is $3,000. Exclusive discounted rates are available for APPA Business Partners. - Non-members (limited to 1 per year): $3,100
- Bronze Business Partner (limited to 1 per year): $2,790
- Silver Business Partner (limited to 1 per year): $2,635
- Gold Business Partner (limited to 2 per year): $2,480
- Platinum Business Partner (limited to 3 per year): $2,325
What to Expect with an APPA Webinar
Before the webinar
Our team will walk you through preparing for your APPA webinar and promote your event:
- Prepare your content — Decide on a webinar title, description, presenters, and available dates (you can check the current APPA webinar calendar).
- Purchase an APPA webinar sponsorship — During checkout you'll provide your title, description, proposed dates, and speaker information (including submitting bio/pict info)
- Begin collecting registrations — APPA will post your event on the APPA calendar and begin collecting registrations
- Practice session — We'll work with your team to schedule a practice session where you can test out the webinar technology and ask any questions you have about the webinar session. This is a great time to test out any polls/questions you want staged for the event.
- APPA promotion — APPA will promote your webinar across our communication platforms including emails, social media, and website.
During the Webinar
Our team will facilitate the webinar for you:
- Webinar kickoff — We'll cover housekeeping items and introduce your topic and team
- Manage technology/Q&A — Throughout the call, we'll help manage technology items (e.g., polls) and help facilitate questions from the audience.
- TIP: Bring a webinar facilitator — APPA staff are happy to facilitate Q&A, however, we've seen great success when webinar sponsors bring additional team members to facilitate questions and answer questions live in the chat.
After the Webinar
We provide you with tools to maximize your webinar experience:
- Registration/attendance report — We'll send a full list of registered individuals as well as the attendance report (including contact information).
- Q&A Report — You'll receive a list of all questions from the webinar.
- Results of Polls — You'll receive poll reports
- Copy of the Recording — Downloadable link to the original recording
Your recording will also be made available to APPA members for on-demand viewing
