At APPA, we believe that the quality of academic programming is deeply tied to the quality of the educational environment, which is why we empower institutions to share, elevate, and transform their learning spaces. Our institution-based membership gives over 12,000 facilities professionals access to training, tools, standards, publications, and exclusive benefits. Dues are calculated using IPEDS data and are valid for a full 365-day cycle.

System/District Office

University or college systems can join APPA if a facilities officer advises two or more officers from institutions within the same system. The System/District Office Membership is only for central office staff—individual institutions must get their own separate membership.

Affiliate

Affiliate Members of APPA include units or departments within educational institutions that are involved in facilities-related work but are not part of the primary facilities management team. This membership also extends to organizations that share an interest in APPA’s mission and activities, as well as not-for-profit organizations engaged in facilities management work.
