APPA On Campus

APPA On Campus brings APPA's professional development programs directly to your institution, region, or chapter. Whether you want to train a large team at once, reduce travel costs, or make it easier for staff to participate, APPA will work with you to deliver our programs where and when it works best for you.

At a glance

  • What it is: On-site delivery of APPA professional development programs at your location
  • Who it's for: Institutions, regions, and chapters hosting a group of 15 or more participants
  • Facilitator options: APPA-provided or host-provided
  • Minimum attendees: 15 per program
  • Contact: professionaldevelopment@appa.org

Available programs

The following programs are available through APPA On Campus:

Each program delivers the same content and awards the same PDHs as an APPA-hosted event.

How it works

Two facilitator options are available for every program:

APPA-provided facilitator: APPA coordinates and provides a trained, experienced facilitator. Travel and lodging for the facilitator are covered by attendee fees, so there are no additional costs to the host beyond the per-attendee rate.

Host-provided facilitator: Your organization provides an APPA-certified facilitator who waives their honorarium and travel expenses. This option is available at a reduced per-attendee rate.

With one facilitator, up to 25 participants can be accommodated. Groups of 26 to 40 require a second facilitator, available at a flat fee.
