To reduce the administrative burden on affiliate teams, APPA provides a robust set of self-serve, complimentary digital resources. The APPA technology team will assist with initial setup and questions, with the ongoing content managed by the affiliate teams.

  • Event Registration Webpage Management — Customizable, branded registration pages that affiliates can build and manage independently, providing attendees with a seamless sign-up experience — including integrated payment processing — while giving organizers real-time visibility into registrations, capacity, revenue, and participant data.
  • Website Hosting — Professionally supported hosting solutions that allow affiliates to maintain a polished, on-brand web presence with minimal technical overhead.
  • Email & Distribution List Tools — Integrated communication tools for managing subscriber lists, designing campaigns, and tracking engagement — ensuring affiliates can reach their audiences consistently and effectively.

APPA offers a two-tiered event support model to meet affiliates wherever they are in their planning journey. 

  • Complimentary Event Support provides all affiliates with foundational assistance at no cost, including access to event planning templates, promotional toolkits, speaker resource guides, and dedicated support from APPA staff to help ensure every event — large or small — is executed with excellence.
  • Premium Event Support (paid) delivers full-service event management, including logistical coordination, vendor management, on-site staffing, budgeting guidance, and post-event reporting. This offering is ideal for flagship conferences, regional summits, or high-visibility programming that demands dedicated professional support.
