    We welcome recruiting firms to advertise on Careers Center!

    Getting Started

    1. Create an APPA account to obtain your username to be added to the recruiters list.
    2. In your company profile settings, change your account type to 'Recruiter' so that you can post jobs on behalf of multiple companies.
      Note: You'll be billed at the APPA member rate, regardless of your client's membership status.

    Eligibility
    Recruiters and recruiting firms are defined as individuals or entities hired by nonprofit organizations—such as colleges, universities, schools, districts, museums, libraries, municipalities, government agencies, or healthcare facilities—to post facilities-related job openings.
    Please note: Internal HR staff at nonmember institutions or facilities contract firms are not eligible for inclusion on the recruiters list.


    APPA Business Partners

    Position Requirements
    Listings must be for facilities management roles at educational institutions.
    We do not accept postings for non-facilities positions or roles at non-educational entities (e.g., sales or management jobs at private companies).

    Screening Process
    APPA reserves the right to decline listings that do not meet our criteria.

    Agency Commissions

    No agency commissions or discounts are given for Careers Center advertising.
