InsideAPPA is a monthly newsletter with news and information on regional and international APPA events, programs, publications, and facilities management industry updates.

Submission Guidelines for InsideAPPA Ads
Accepted Formats: High-resolution (minimum 300 dpi) PDF, JPG, and TIF files only.
Color Requirements: Files must be prepared in CMYK. Images must be included in a separate folder. Do not embed images in word documents. Images must also be in the CMYK color space.

Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms: All ads are payable before the publication date of each newsletter. The newsletter is published the first Thursday of each month.

Materials Due: All advertising materials must be submitted no later than 1 month prior to publication. Please see our editorial guidelines page for information regarding our current publication calendar deadlines.

Social Media Spotlights
Promote your brand beyond print! APPA will work with you to highlight your brand via our official online channels: LinkedIn and Instagram.
APPA's LinkedIn account, APPA - Leadership in Educational Facilities, has over 4,000 followers with strong daily engagement. This channel has broad reach across the APPA and educational facilities community.
APPA’s Instagram account, @appa_facilities, is a rapidly growing channel that currently reaches over 400 members and followers and has seen a 10 percent audience increase over the past four months. This platform is a great way to show your company in action through video and engaging photos.
Business partners can be featured as part of APPA's Business Partner Spotlight series. Participation requires sharing appropriate corporate images or videos and branding, along with any relevant links to include in the story that direct followers back to your website or promotional page. The APPA team will create the graphics for your review and provide the date your feature will be published. Instagram Stories will live beyond the typical 24-hour window and will be saved to APPA’s Highlights page for extended visibility. APPA will also share performance metrics, including how many views the feature received on the day it was posted, the week it was posted, and one month later.
