APPA’s educational sessions are led by people from across the educational facilities community — facilities officers, emerging leaders, and business partners. Submission guidelines and key dates will be posted here when the call for proposals opens in early 2027.

Cancellations and Transfers
- How to cancel: Email your request to events@appa.org
- Refunds: Cancellations received at least 30 days before the event start date receive a full refund of the registration fee.
- After the 30-day deadline: Registrations are not refundable and cannot be deferred to a later event. You may transfer your registration to another person within the same organization for the same event; please email events@appa.org to arrange the transfer.
- Travel and lodging: APPA is not responsible for any travel or lodging costs.
