Payment Terms: All ads are payable before the publication date of each newsletter. The newsletter is published the first Thursday of each month. Ad rates represent two newsletter publications.

Submission Guidelines for Facilities Manager Ads

Materials Due: All advertising materials must be submitted no later than the published materials closing date. Please see our editorial guidelines page for information regarding our current publication calendar deadlines.

Accepted Formats: High-resolution (minimum 300 dpi) PDF, JPG, and TIF files only.

Color Requirements: Files must be prepared in CMYK. Images must be included in a separate folder. Do not embed images in word documents. Images must also be in the CMYK color space.

Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms: All ads are payable before the publication date of each issue. The magazine is published four times a year: on the second Monday in January, April, July, and October.
