She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Texas Tech University and brings a unique blend of strategic planning, operational leadership, and client relationship management to every project.
Throughout her career, Melissa has successfully directed end-to-end planning and execution for conferences and meetings with audiences ranging from 20 to over 1000 attendees, consistently delivering events on time and within budget. Her expertise includes event production, sponsorship development, vendor negotiations, budget management, marketing strategy, and cross-functional team leadership.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and attention to detail, Melissa excels at building strong relationships with clients, vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders while mentoring teams to improve performance and retention. She is passionate about creating engaging experiences that drive organizational growth, strengthen partnerships, and deliver measurable results.

Outside of her professional work, Melissa enjoys spending time with friends, playing games, and unwinding with true crime documentaries and series. Melissa is a lifelong Texan, dog lover, and a passionate sports fan. During the summer months, she can often be found glamping by the lake or river, while winter is best spent indoors beside a warm, roaring fire.
