She focuses on aligning member needs with APPA’s strategic priorities, shaping clear, purposeful communications that advance organizational goals and deliver meaningful value to members.

With a background in user experience design, marketing, and content strategy, Mikayla brings a thoughtful, member-centered approach to her work. She combines creativity with data-informed decision-making to develop communications and digital experiences that are intuitive, cohesive, and aligned with APPA’s mission.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find her doing yoga, biking on the trails in Minnesota, or hanging out with her cats.
