Facilities leaders are operating at a critical inflection point where aging infrastructure, programmatic shifts, climate risk, financial constraints, workforce transitions, and rapid advances in artificial intelligence converge. This session explores how intentional collaboration and data‑informed leadership, strengthened by emerging AI capabilities, can transform uncertainty into opportunity and support more resilient, future‑ready campuses.
While we are disappointed that we are unable to gather in person this year, we recognize how valuable our annual face‑to‑face meetings are for strengthening relationships and fostering collaboration across the sector.
That said, we are confident in our ability to connect meaningfully in a virtual environment. We have developed a strong lineup of sessions and activities designed to bring members together to share knowledge, explore emerging opportunities, and learn from one another. The meetings will also include the OCAPPA Annual General Meeting and Executive Committee elections.
