As Director of Building Services at Georgia College and State University, I lead custodial operations, warehouse management, and inventory control to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained facilities. With more than 15 years of custodial leadership experience, I specialize in staff supervision, training, and scheduling, as well as procurement, budgeting, and contract management. I bring strong expertise in green cleaning techniques, APPA standards, and sustainable practices, aligning operations with environmental and safety regulations.
