Ricardo Reina

I’m a facilities and operations leader with 15+ years of experience across higher education, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing. I specialize in aligning infrastructure, safety, and space planning with long-term strategy.

I currently serve as Director of Facilities, Space Planning, Infrastructure, and Safety at ASU’s engineering schools, managing over 2 million square feet of academic and research space. I’m also pursuing my MBA in Finance at the University of Arizona.

I’m known for building systems that help people do their best work, mentoring high-performing teams, and bringing clarity to complex environments.
