Sam Turk is a Business Development Manager at FMX, empowering campuses with purpose-built facility management software. A member of the inaugural BPAC committee and a CAPPA Business Partner Liaison, Sam serves as Chair to build strong, impactful partnerships across the educational facilities community.

James Rosner, PE, CEM, MBA is Principal Advisor, Higher Education (NA) at Johnson Controls. In his role, he provides sustainability, renewable energy, energy storage, energy conservation, district energy, microgrid, building automation, and energy partnership solutions. Prior to joining Johnson Controls, James led facilities management organizations as AVC of Facilities Management and Planning (University of Denver) and as Director of Utilities and Energy Management (Oklahoma State University). Additionally, James is active in the International District Energy Association (IDEA) and serves on the APPA Board of Directors as the Business Partner Director.
