While a traditional 10x10 exhibit booth serves as a great home base at annual conferences, trade show floors can often feel like noisy, short-touchpoint environments.

To help Business Partners maximize their return on investment with APPA institutional decision-makers, this session highlights how you can complement your booth presence with high-impact, "at-the-show" strategies. Attendees will explore actionable ways to showcase their expertise—from co-presenting in peer-led breakout sessions and facilitating informal roundtables to hosting relaxed, off-site dinners and attending educational tracks alongside delegates—naturally shifting the dynamic from a standard vendor interaction to a trusted professional partnership.

Looking beyond the annual conference, this presentation also outlines how to maintain momentum throughout the calendar year by tapping into regional and local touchpoints. We’ll cover low-pressure opportunities to stay top-of-mind, including participating in APPA drive-in workshops, hosting on-site lunch & learn sessions directly on campus, sponsoring regional chapter gatherings, and contributing to virtual webinars. Join us to learn how engaging campus leadership in their own environment builds steady, year-round rapport long before the next trade show floor opens.
